HEALTHCARE

Helmke + has successfully completed over 150 Healthcare projects in Texas since 1998, including 15 MRI suites, 3 P.E.T. Scan suites, 15 CT suites, 10+ Digital MAMMO suites, 5 Cath Labs and 30 X-Ray, Fluoro and other Imaging suites. Helmke has completed 7 full Imaging Centers and multiple other physician type offices including 5 Dentist Offices. Prior to 1998, Mike Helmke of Helmke + worked as an Architect and Owner Representative on Healthcare Projects ranging from Physician Offices to Emergency Rooms to Surgery Centers to managing Construction of a New Hospital in Virginia.

RETAIL

Helmke + has successfully completed over 60 Retail projects in Texas since 1998, including more than 10 full retail centers, multiple tenant finish-outs and multiple Banking projects in Texas and Florida. Helmke + often works with Building plans and construction budgets to help tenants decide on leasing a space. Prior to 1998, Mike Helmke of Helmke + worked as an Architect and Owner Representative on multiple Retail Banking Centers in Florida.

OFFICE | HOSPITALITY | CUSTOM HOMES

Helmke + has successfully completed over 20+ Office & Hospitality projects in Texas since 1998. Mike Helmke of Helmke + is a 1987 graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture. Mike has been working as an Architect in Florida & Texas since 1988. Prior to 1998, one of Mike’s projects was the Sarasota – Bradenton Airport in Sarasota, Florida where Mikes served as the Project Manager.

OWNER REPRESENTATION

Helmke + has successfully completed over 20 projects as Owner Representative for various clients on Medical, Banking and Government projects in Texas since 1998. Prior to 1998, Mike Served as the Owner Representative/Project Manager on a New Hospital in Richmond Virginia and before that served as Owner Representative/Project Manager on a $13 Million construction portfolio for Bank of America in Florida.

Helmke + serves it’s clients as a Professional Architect and Building Contractor for a variety of Commercial uses in the Texas + Florida since 1998.

The Goal of Helmke + is to provide it’s clients with personal, prompt, quality service at a reasonable price. As a successful registered Architect and successful General Contractor, Helmke + fills a niche in the construction industry for customers who want to deal with one company for all their design and construction needs.

Helmke works with the client based on the client’s need and provides as much (complete turn-key Design/Build services) or as little as the client desires.
